Casino Canary ("App") is operated by Christian Navarrete ("we," "us," or "our"), an individual based in California, United States. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Casino Canary is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require user accounts, and we do not collect or store personal data on external servers.

The App requests location permissions to detect when you arrive at or leave a casino. Location data is:
You can deny or revoke location permissions at any time in your device's Settings. The App will continue to function without location access, but automatic casino detection will be disabled.
The App uses Apple's Screen Time framework (FamilyControls / ManagedSettings) to optionally block selected apps during gambling sessions. The list of apps you choose to block is handled entirely by Apple's framework on your device. We cannot see, access, or transmit the names or identifiers of your blocked apps.
We use Amplitude, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data that helps us improve the App. This includes:
Analytics data is anonymous and does not include your name, location, financial data, session details, or any personally identifiable information. You cannot be identified from this data.

All personal and session data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms. If you have iCloud backup enabled, your device data may be included in your iCloud backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
We do not operate servers that store your personal data. There is no cloud database, no user account system, and no server-side data retention.
The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is no data to disclose or delete on our end. Deleting the App removes all data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
